Install vista premium then upgrade video card?

I've ran basic on my computer...



Can I run vista premium on my 128mb video card

then upgrade my video card to run aero(&be able to run aero)



it won't downgrade me to basic?

For me though, I'd prefer to change the video then install Vista as it will be less hassle due to changing device drivers when you change the video card.|||vista home premium requires a 128 mb video card.

You should be able to have aero already.
