AMD athlon(tm) X2 dual core 4800+ 2.49Ghz

2GB ram memory -windows xp sp3

160gb hdd

128mb video card|||Not a chance|||There are not many graphics adapters lower powered than that one

If your motherboard has a pci-e x16 expansion slot, use it to upgrade.
